Thanks to the generousity of Euroa Primary School we are able to offer camping on their sporting grounds.

• Camping check in from 3.30PM Friday 20th October.

• Camping check out 12.00PM Sunday 22nd October

CAMPING INFO - PLEASE READ

​

1. One ticket per person for camping. Camping is sold on a per person basis, not per site.

2. Camping Tickets are only valid with a FESTIVAL TICKET. Entry to the campground requires you to produce a valid Festival & Camping ticket. Tickets are valid for up to 2 nights Friday + Saturday.  You can camp for one day and leave, but the price remains the same. Ticket price is per person.

3. This is TENT CAMPING ONLY. No cars will be allowed or large annexes. There is no vehicle access to camping area but plenty of parking around the perimeter of the school.

4. This is BYO Tent only. 

5. You can only camp in REASONABLE SIZE tents that fit within your allocated 4mx4m space. No large annexes, trailers, RV's etc. You will need to be independent of your car as that will be parked outside of the camping area.

6. Camping is pre-paid but sites are not pre-allocated within the Camping Zone on the Oval. We operate on a first come first served basis.

7. A limited number of CAMPING TICKETS are available. These can be purchased online until sold out.

8. Under 18's will only be admitted to the camping site with the accompanying responsible ticketed adult and must remain supervised when atthe campground through the festival weekend.

9. Access to the showgrounds opens on the Friday before the festival @ 3.30PM. All campers need to vacate the Oval and the Reserve site by 12pm on the Sunday the 22nd of October. 

10. The weather during the Festival can vary so come prepared for a bit of rain, warm sunny days and cool nights.

11. Access to the Euroa Primary school oval iis via the gate on the west side of the school - Scobie Street.

12. There will be a EMF Camping Manager in attendance at all times along with security. Any violations or disturbance will result in eviction from the Campground and the loss of both your camping and festival wristbands, without refund
